Why this name – RotiKapadaMausam? If you are thinking of an old Bollywood movie phrase Roti (food) Kapada (clothes) Makan (house), you are on the right track. But, with the reality of life, which is sweet, bitter, salty, harsh, adventurous, a mix of Bollywood movie and life’s own reality, more of karma and less of destiny, Mausam defines the change in life’s many seasons, and many unknown surprises it brings along the way. I decided to call it RotiKapadaMausam as that’s what describes the state of things around us. Constantly changing, fast pace, and evolving with the blink of an eye.
For my readers, this blog is an attempt to share stories and poetry, around personal growth, career, leadership, parenting, optimism, and most importantly life.

I’m a multi potentialite – mother, leader, colleague, daughter, friend, high altitude climber, policy advocacy and communication enthusiast by day, wannabe poet & lawyer, plus an aspiring writer in free time, passionate feminist always, believer of authentic and purposeful leadership, and this is my blog. I love photography to capture moments, creating new ideas, supporting and lifting people around (like a mentor), giving voice to those who can’t be seen and heard, traveling, exploring new places/culture/food and deep diving into people’s behavior. I believe we all are born with gifts. We just have to ‘seize the moment’ and ‘live up’!
